Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data is processed when you use gezinesim.com and what your rights are under Turkish data protection law (KVKK, Law No. 6698). The site has no accounts, forms or newsletters; we do not collect your name, email address or phone number.

What we process

  • Outbound click records: when you click “View deal” on a plan, we record the date and time, the plan, the country page you came from, a randomly generated click ID, the referring page address and your browser’s user agent. Your IP address is not stored in this record.
  • Visit statistics: we count page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not collect information that identifies you.
  • Technical logs: our hosting providers (Cloudflare and Render) keep standard server logs that include IP addresses for security and troubleshooting. To prevent abuse, your IP address is held in server memory for about one minute and is not saved.

Why we process it

We use click records to match providers’ commission reports against our own records and to learn which pages are useful. Technical logs are needed to run and secure the site. Our legal basis is legitimate interest under KVKK Article 5(2)(f).

How long we keep it

Click records are deleted automatically after 24 months. Hosting providers’ technical logs follow their own retention periods.

Services we use and international transfers

  • Cloudflare: domain, site hosting and visit statistics
  • Render: application server (Frankfurt, Germany)
  • Neon: database (Frankfurt, Germany)
  • Travelpayouts: affiliate network. The site runs Travelpayouts’ Drive script, which is loaded from Travelpayouts’ servers.

These services run on servers outside Türkiye, so data is transferred abroad. Fonts and flags are served from our own site.

Cookies

Gezin eSIM does not set its own cookies. The Travelpayouts Drive script that runs on the site may use cookies or similar technologies to track affiliate links. When you follow a link to a provider’s site, that site’s privacy policy applies; providers may use cookies on their own sites to record that a sale came through us.

Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you can ask whether your data is processed, request information, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object. Send your request to [email protected]. Click records are not linked to your name, so including the date and time of your click helps us find it.

Changes

When we update this policy, we change the last updated date.
